We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with our room and the entire hotel being spotless. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated near the botanical gardens and within walking distance to the serene shore of Westlake. We loved being in such a vibrant area with many eateries to choose from. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Bed was comfy, I loved it. Fen Yiqian, which is placed only 600 feet away, is a nice dining choice.

We loved the spacious and clean room with comfortable bedding and huge bathroom. The restaurant had good food and accommodated our request for healthier options. The neighborhood offers a good selection of eateries.

Our stay at Tea Boutique Hotel West Lake was delightful. The cozy setup and wonderful location, with a charming river nearby and a variety of shops and bars, made for an enjoyable experience. The rooms were nice and modern, and the hotel itself is probably the best on the whole street. Plus, the friendly front desk staff exceeded our expectations with their helpfulness and prompt service. Beautiful room with comfortable beds. The clean rain shower was a plus. loved the fact that the hotel offered green tea in the room and had a 'green' philosophy. The surrounding area had many eateries and interesting streets to explore.

The noise from the nearby road was quite bothersome during peak hours. , the staff had difficulty speaking English which made communication tricky at times.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the amenities offered such as complimentary tea and breakfast. The location was ideal, being a short walk away from West Lake, and the nearby forest provided a peaceful morning run. The staff were friendly, accommodating and went out of their way to make us feel at home.

One negative experience was that not all staff were fluent in English, but thankfully we had a Mandarin-speaking friend with us. Additionally, we did encounter some construction noise during our stay.
